With that in mind, we’ve searched through local estate agents websites, to find the most expensive house on the market at the moment.

What we found was this incredible five-bedroom home, on the market for £725,000. Perhaps the most surprising feature is the swimming pool!

You’d have to travel pretty far to find a house for that price which includes a swimming pool, with comparable properties in other areas have much less space.
